2008-2009 Membership Dues Renewal

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to renew your Membership Dues with the Sonoma Valley Mother's Club. This year we are asking that everyone take a moment to review the current Bylaws and sign a copy of the By-Laws Acknowledgement and Liability Waiver, even if you have signed it in the past. Please print our regular Registration Form on one side and the Waiver on the other of the same paper - then sign and complete both sides and mail along with your payment of $37 for the next club year. Remember, scholarships are available for those who need it - so please contact us if you or someone you know would like to be considered for this.
